EXPERIENCE

Richard Bolander, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Development at TracPatch Health, focusing on new product design, algorithm development, intellectual property, clinical studies, data strategy and monetization and other applied research activities. His primary research is focused on developing analytics and metrics that are actionable for both patients and providers. Prior to TracPatch, he acted as a wearable device developer, data scientist and a concussion researcher.

Richard is an industry unicorn as he is a domain expert in wearable technology and data science, orthopedics and biomechanics, and public presentation and technical communication. One day he may be writing code, the next he may be presenting at a conference or managing his engineering teams.
